Roe v Wade Overturned: A story of Democrats, Republicans, The Pope and ...

I think we've handled this in our usual sensitive manner..  The most technologically advanced country in the western world with the most backward repressive philosophy overruling the 14th Amendment.
This is usually what happens when you let "God", get in the way of practicality.

Here in the UK we threw him out with the bathwater years ago, so it is always interesting to see how politicians manipulate the people with the threat of right and wrong, laundering their own agendas through the Bible.

The US Supreme Court has overturned the ruling of Roe -v- Wade.

Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden, both practicing Catholics have had communion withdrawn from them, until they see the error of their ways and back the abolition of Abortion, no matter what circumstances a pregnancy  comes into being.

Republicans who strike the fear of God into many people claim a victory as they roll back the frontiers of Human Rights.

Next on the agenda is Same Sex Marriage and Contraception.

This comes less than 24 hours after the US Supreme Court ruled in favour of New Yorkers being able to carry concealed weapons.

Elizabeth Warren attacks Justice Clarence Thomas. #Roe #samesexmarriage...

America in the dark ages. Isn't it strange how people who have themselves been oppressed and subsequently freed from bondage, are only too willing to impose similar oppression on others?

Elizabeth Warren delivers scathing remarks directed at Clarence Thomas, an American judge who serves as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States and indicated that he would support repealing same sex marriage and contraception.

She warns that Justice Thomas intends to target contraception and LGBTQ same sex marriages.

Truly astonishing that such a technologically advanced nation can be so backward thinking.   When the Irish emigrated to USA, they took their extreme religion with them.   200 years later, bigotry and hate are still very much alive, thanks to a work of fiction, called the Bible.
